A purified Body produces purified intellect.

- In the aloneness of ownself/innerself, be a Bramhin (ब्राम्हण).
- While performing sadhna/duties, be a Kshatriya (क्षत्रिय).
- In dealing with the society, be a Vaishya (वैश्य).
- While in presence/remembrance of GOD/GURU, be a Shudra (शूद्र).
